ACP Help

​Phone and chat people all give the same directions to try and resolve my issue.  Is anyone capable of helping me?  Last guy I was in touch with was [Edited: "Inflammatory/Language"].  I've applied for, and have a code for ACP.  When I try to use it the webpage gives an error.  And redirects me to reapply for ACP.​

@shadowryche357 I am sorry to hear you are having issues with getting your ACP credit added. We have specialized agents that can assist with the ACP program, and while I can provide basic information, here on Social Media, we are not able to add the credit for you. 

 

If you applied through the national verifier, you would still also need to apply through us by Enrolling in ACP through Xfinity by completing the application at xfinity.com/acp.

I just tried to recreate it, and the system finally accepted my application.  What it was doing was when I applied on the Xfinity page with my National Verifier number, it would prompt me that it couldn't process.  And gave me a link to apply again with the National Verifier.  So it's finally working no thanks to getting the same answer from six people and getting called [Edited: "Language"] by one of your call center people.
