ACP enrollment

My enrollment id is [EDIT: Private Information Removed]. I have been trying to enroll my acp to my account since I opened it. Im still trying to apply the acp to my account. There would be no balance if Comcast would actually help me with this enrollment. Please help.

Hey there, sounds like you have completed the first step with the national verifier, the next application would also be done on your end. You would find that next application also on the website xfinity.com/acp

I've tried that I get an error message. I've tried everything. Customer Service is going to have to do it for me.........
