Hi last month I applied for ACP discount and qualified. I got my discount last month but this month it is not appearing on my bill. My bill is in a few weeks I don't know why my discount is not appearing.

Hello @user_b6d577 Thank you so much for reaching out. I would love to look into this for us and make sure that you have the discount being applied to the account. I have come across a few other people that had a similar experience, and it turned out that it was due to when the first discount was applied to the account and when the following credit would appear. I know how important this plan is for so many and it's vital to make sure the billing is accurate. Please send us a direct message with your name and service address.
