ACP discount not being applied now for 3 months
This is now the third month my ACP discount has not been applied to my account. Been promised by live agents on chat that I would have this issue resolved to not. Finally got on the phone with someone and was going to escalate call to supervisor because I was getting the runaround as usual and was hung up on. This is absurd and ridiculous.

To get started, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging and send us a message with your full name and full address.
