ACP and lifeline programs

I was told u could have both programs acp and lifeline.Now Xfinity disenrolled me from the ACP program reversed charges and says you cannot have both.

If you have followed all the instructions that have been given in the thread that you commented on and still are having trouble then you need to contact a specialized team. Just an FYI.....if your ACP credit is applied to your internet/cable tv package, it cannot also be applied to your Lifeline phone account.  It can only be applied to one thing.  This is also true for people with internet/cable tv packages and also have a cell phone.   ACP can only be applied to one or the other but not to both.

Did you ever get this figured out? I already have ACP, but was just approved for Lifeline, but Comcast chat support said I cannot have both. However the official government website www.affordable connectivity.gov website states “You can apply your Lifeline and ACP benefit to the same or separate services.”
