Dear Comcast Support Team,
I am writing to formally request that you restore my original TV and internet plan immediately. My package was changed without my permission, and this is unacceptable after nearly 20 years as a loyal customer.
In the past week, I have contacted your support team five times by phone trying to resolve this issue, yet nothing has been corrected. This level of service is extremely disappointing.
If my original plan is not reinstated right away, I will have no choice but to cancel my entire Comcast service. I value reliability and honesty, and I expect my account to be handled with the same respect I have shown as a long‑term customer.
Please correct this issue as soon as possible and confirm once my original plan has been restored.

We would like to help however possible in resolving your account plan change concerns. Was this a plan change initiated online via xfinity.com, or with the assistance of an agent via phone, chat, or in-person?
