so my services are disconnected. I’m aware that my bill is like $1300 and 867 of it is past due when I spoke to someone earlier like a few weeks ago she assured me that I would have until the 30th or the 31st I can’t remember the day to pay my entire account to zero and now I’m disconnected and I work from home so I wanna know why I can’t just stay connected until the 30th. Can I please be reconnected until then and I can pay all of that the 1300 all and I can’t get a hold of anyone because you’re not allowing me to speak to an agent because my accounts past due, but yet still it says you can speak to an agent. No, you cannot. It’s like you’re keeping me from speaking to an agent, but I just wanna understand if it’s possible just reconnect it for these next few days and it will be taken care of by the end of the week by the 31st that’s when I get paid My name is [Edit: Name Removed] actually it’s spelled [Edit: Name removed] my address  [Edit: Address Removed]

It would depend on the past due balance and payment arrangement eligibility.
