I recently upgraded my service when I moved. My new service is supposed to be $135.76 however I see my bill is $150 plus. I need an answer why and I also need to know what streaming service I have included with my service. In fact I need a representative to come out which I was told in the beginning somebody would come and show me how to work my new system
