Account was not cancelled on requested day???

Hi, I requested to cancel my account on 10/13/2025, I called xfinity twice and both agents confirmed my account was cancelled on that day. But till today 10/15, I did not receive any cancellation email, so I called again and the agent told me the account was not cancelled until I called today. I have account number and cancellation confirmation number, could you please help me to check? I am not paying the overcharge for 2 days because Xfinity’s error.
