Account Transfer Request

I completed the account transfer request forms over 2 weeks ago and have gotten no updates that is completed. Initially i was told that it would take up to 7 business days and this is beyond that now with no update. I have moved from the original service address and was trying to transfer to the new tenant (as suggested to me by customer service) instead of cancelling services. However, I am still being charged for the upcoming bill on my account and there is no easy way for me to get support from Xfinity directly.

Good afternoon user_w1kb4i so long as both parties have completed the required documents, and upload government issued IDs, the process is usually completed within 7-10 days. When it comes to the payment aspect, the original account holder would still need to remove their payment information from autopay and the new account holder would need to add their payment information. That is not affected by the change request, and has to be manually changed by the involved parties. Please let us know if this helps.
