Account to view refund on Mastercard Debit card is failing
I received a letter saying I got a refund from XFinity loaded on a Mastercard debit card. I went to xfinityrefunds.com, and entered the card number and created an account with my email (a gmail email). It then demanded a verification code that was sent to my email, but a comcast.net email instead of gmail. I have never opened a comcast email. So I set up a comcast email at the address it wanted to send my verification code to, and resent the code several times. I never received the verification code to either my comcast email or my gmail. I am wholly unable to view any information about my card. There is no option to change the verification method or email that it is being sent to.
(I also attempted to add my card to Apple pay, as the letter said it could be used in mobile wallets. It let me add the card details, then demanded a verification code sent to some number ending in 4330. That number means nothing to me---it is not any of my phone numbers or anything.)

@user_aq455 Thank you for your post! Is this refund for prepaid services? Standard Xfinity services will refund you via the payment method on file, or by sending a check to the billing address on file.
I am editing this because I learned some new information. We do now offer prepaid cards for refunds. Here is a webpage that has more information about the process: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/refunds-from-xfinity

As I said above, I received the prepaid card with my refund on it. I followed all instructions to set up an account. The part that's failing is the verification. Despite entering my gmail email address, it insists on sending a verification to the same email @comcast.net instead of @gmail.com. Neither my gmail or my newly created comcast emails are receiving any sort of verification code. There is no option to change verification email/method.

The only way to be eligible for either the Virtual Card or the Transfer to Debit options is to have had a primary email address registered to your Xfinity account. All verification options will be linked through that account. Was there another user that could have been listed as the primary user on the account?
