Account Suspended

Good Morning, My account was suspended after speaking with multiple agents about extending my arrangement until the 20th, and yesterday I chatted with someone I believe was a manager, and they assured me it was dine manually. Now it says my service is suspended, however I still have access to my alarm and internet. I just want to confirm that will be the case through Friday as my children are home and will need the alarm, and WiFi.

While we can manually set up payment arrangements and restore services our billing system completes audits and can disconnect services when showing the account is not eligible for a payment arrangement to be set up.
