Account saying you no longer have service at this address.

Exactly as the title says account saying you no longer have service at this address. Have called and made sure balance do is 0. But haven't actually ever been able to login.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to actual Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi, @user_86d0de! It's a great day at XFINITY! Thank you for visiting our forums page for help with the log-in concern. I hope you are doing well on this fine Sunday morning. I would have the same concern with wanting to make sure I have a 0 balance if I no longer have service at this address. You've come to the right place in virtual land for a team of expert specialists who take pride in serving our XFINITY family members with care and solutions to service concerns such as this! To research this further, would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address?

You can start by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a private message. If you're signed in to your forums profile and because you have already posted to the public page, you should have the option to do so.

@user_3cc096 Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.

I no longer work for Comcast.
