Cannot make final payment due to account being restricted since disconnecting service. Do not want this to go to collections.

I am sorry to hear about the experience with attempting to finalize your billing with us, I know it must be frustrating. Typically, the final statements are sent out within 30 days of closing the account and there should not be any restrictions with finalizing the payment with us. How are you attempting to access the account to pay the statement? If you are using a browser, have you attempted to clear the browser cache and cookies? 

 

You can also call into 1-800-XFINITY, and process a payment through our automated phone system or visit the nearest Xfinity Store to you.
