Account Refund / Returned Equipment

I canceled my account in early January, effective January 17, 2025.  I was then auto-charged for the following month, which was supposed to be refunded. I also already returned the equipment but I keep getting texts threatening me to return the equipment or I'm going to be charged for it.  Please connect me with a live human so I can give them the reference number from my hour long talk with a useless CS person.

user_zjxkzi Oh wow, thank you for reaching out here on our Xfinity Forums. I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. I totally get how frustrating it must be to be charged after you've cancelled, especially when you've already returned the equipment and are still getting those texts. That's definitely not the experience I want you to have. And spending an hour on the phone with no resolution? That's just awful. I really want to fix this for you. Could you send me a direct message with your name and the service address for that canceled account? That way, I can look into those charges and the equipment return issues personally. Let's get this straightened out, I promise.
 

To send a "Direct Message" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
