Account Refund Check
Hello. When my sister-in-law passed away last November, I cancelled her Xfinity account. Since I cancelled in the middle of the billing period, I was sent a check for the unused portion. I can not do anything with the check since it is made payable to her. I would like to have the check re-issued to her estate. I did an online chat with an Xfinity representative and he informed me to expect a check within 7-10 business days, but that was last month. Help?
