Account reactivation

user_wxyq82 Thank you so much for your post for help with your questions regarding restoring your services after you made a payment. Once a payment is no longer pending and is approved your services could be restored within an hour.  In some cases depending on how your payment was made it may take a few days to approve and apply to your account but once approved services will be restored automatically. A scheduled payment would not restore services until the payment date. If your account is eligible for a payment arrangement that option would also help restore services until your payment has been posted to your account.  You can check out this page to see where you can view arrangement details.
