account password reset

Hello,

I have been on hold for 3 hours and 43 minutes now. It keeps saying a customer representative will answer my call. I need to reset my password [Edited: "Personal Information"].  That is all, I am not the primary account holder and they are no longer with us. I have used this email for 20 years now. I cannot lose it please help.

Good evening @user_so2rdz, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums. We are sorry to hear that you have been on hold for over 3-hours and we understand your frustrations. Have you tried resetting your password at xfinity.com/password? Additionally, since the primary account holder is no longer with us, I highly recommend submitting an account change request to move the account into yours or someone else's name as there are certain account actions that can be only performed by the primary account holder. To change ownership of the account, please refer to the following link with instructions https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-ownership-change.
