Account name error
Beyond frustrated with the non-customer service and extensive rabbit hole of links that will never clear up my account issues, and the inability to get to a live person for assistance. I’ve updated the account name to my name yet everywhere else it still reflects another name. I.e. when I call the 800 number it says I’m someone else’s name, I try to select and redeem a reward and it shows someone else’s name, my auto payments shows someone else’s name.

Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
