Account keeps getting closed on service to new construction

I moved to a new house that was recently built and there is currently no service at my home. I called Xfinity, they sent a technician to do a serviceability check which the technician said they can provide us with internet but they need the "construction team" to contact us to run cable from the post that is 100' from the house to the front of our property. I've had technicians come 2 times already but I never get a call from the "construction team". When I call to follow up, my account gets closed without any explanation of why or who said it is not serviceable. When I call, I get the same response from the phone representative "....I will open a ticket and we will call you back once we have an answer" but nobody calls and then the account is just closed again.

All my neighbors on the sides, across the street and behind me have service. I need help from someone that is willing to help and discuss solutions.

Concern moved here for greater exposure to actual Comcast employees.

Hi, user_741109. You're in the right place for help. Please click on the chat icon in the upper right-hand corner of this page and search for Xfinity Support. You can initiate a private message with us from there. We will look into opening a serviceability request for you if it has not yet been done. Please include your name, your best contact number, the address you'd like to get service at, and your most recent ticket/request number. We will respond from there. Thanks!
