Account Issues

Good Afternoon,

I am trying to reach someone who actually has the ability to answer my questions. I have a tv/internet plan with your company for years, although only under my own name for about a year now. I have had constant issues that I literally get the round around when trying to fix. The most recent issue, my promise to pay, the monies were tried multiple times to withdraw from my bank without my authorization. This resulted in multiple overdraft fees. When my promise to pay was due, I paid. The next morning my services were turned off. I have had multiple other issues and attempted to speak with someone, only to be placated and lied to. I need to know who I can speak with to find out why my account is constantly being messed up. I have spent countless hours on the phone with no result. I get told I can only be escalated so high on the phone and that a claim would be issued to have someone call me back from a higher level, but that has never happened. I appreciate any help I can actually get.

Thank you,

user_nwtpuq Thanks for reaching out to us here on our Forums page for help with your service restoration, and billing concerns. You have come to the right place, and we would be happy to help get this all sorted out for you!

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
