Account issues
I just want to be explained what my new account and billing information is. I called, got sent to texting an agent after basically no choice, then when I agreed the messaging service says it’s not working and telling me to call. On the app the same issue, the chat is AI and can’t help me and even when I type what my issue is, it wants me to pick from the prompts but none of those fit my issue. How can I get help?

Thanks for reaching out to us with your new account if you sign on to the Xfinity app you can go view your billing details of the plan you signed up for, if your first bill has already started which generally becomes available after you started service if you go to your detailed billing statement https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill
you can see the exact information on the plan you signed up for you should have also gotten an email confirming the order you agreed to within 24 hours of creating your order
