Account issues - user with multiple addresses
I have been with Xfinity for a number of years and have kept it through multiple moves. When I log into the app the account listed is not the correct service address, however I am able to manage my internet just not my billing. I do not understand why I can still manage my internet, passwords, just the service address is still wrong in the app (even though the service address is clearly not my old address). None of this makes sense to me and there does not seem to be any way to just pay my bill using the app anymore because I moved.
To clarify, when I re-install and log in again, my service address is wrong and I can no longer manage my internet. This makes no sense because service is not on at my old address and service is on at my new address, but nothing is properly linked and it wants me to activate my router again, however there is always an issue and I think it's because it's still tied to my old service account (apparently there's a new account for every single address?). Your customer support team so far seems to not understand at all. Very very frustrating.

Hello @user_a948kl. Thank you for reaching out on our community Forum. Sometimes, when you move your login, it may not get linked properly if you did not sign in as an existing user for the new address. You may have two logins. I can take a look and see if we can get this resolved for you. When you sign in you should be able to switch between your old disconnected address and the new one.
Please send us a direct message with your full name and address so that we can assist you further.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
