Account Issue
At the end of February I received a GOOGLE PIXEL phone to replace my RAZR phone which was malfunctioing because the inside screen would not work. I contacted Xfinity Mobile telephonically to change my number ([Edited: "Personal Information"]) from the RAZR to the PIXEL and was told to just trade the SIM cards. Two days later I contacted Xfinity Mobile again telephonically because my PIXEL was not connecting with my WiFi. The Xfinity agent I spoke with this time informed me that the transfer of the SIM card between the two phones had been done incorrectly and he would fix the issue. In the process of trying to get this issue resolved, this [Edited: "Inflammatory"] agent shut off my wife's phone ([Edited: "Personal Information"]). He could not get it started up again because my wife's phone was a Motorola 5G One Ace which was no longer a viable phone due to it's age. Up until that point my wife had never had a single issue with her phone. Now my account is reflecting that [Edited: "Personal Information"] is the GOOGLE PIXEL phone number and [Edited: "Personal Information"] is the RAZR. This is not correct at all. The GOOGLE PIXEL number is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and at the moment [Edited: "Personal Information"] is inactive and has been for over 6 weeks. Xfinity sent a new SIM card for the RAZR but it cannot be activated due to the malfunctioning inside screen. I have called Xfinity and chatted on line through the app for almost 2 months trying to get this issue resolved but to no avail. I was told by an Xfinity supervisor that my wife would receive a new phone with no charge to my account since it was the Xfinity agent's error that caused this whole mess, her number would remain the same and my Xfinity Mobile would still reflect 2 lines with unlimited talk, text and data for $30 per line. It has not happened. My wife is a Permanently Disabled Veteran prone to seizures because of a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) she received in Iraq and cannot be without communication. I am at my wits end and do not know what else to do. This whole fiasco besides being a nightmare is also dangerous and possibly li
threatening for my wife since she has no phone. How difficult is it to send my wife the phone she was promised and straighten the phone numbers out to reflect correctly? I am sure that if I forgot to pay my bill Xfinity would have no issues whatsoever about getting their money immediately.
