Account error / payment error

when logging into the xfinity app it shows i have an outstanding balance of $0 and that my service is disconnected even though my wifi still works and yes my account information shows the correct address and I can't solve this issue because the AI in the app and on the phone are no help and i cant get to a real person

Hello @user_nx78x1 thank you for reaching out on our community forum. I know you are seeing the correct address but does it show the correct address twice in the app that you can switch between?
