Hi there, I'm hoping someone can help me out. Recently, my internet services were disconnected and I'm not sure why, as my billing was up-to-date. My internet has been totally gone for the past few days, and I've reached out to two different agents through live chat and also called the hotline they told me to call multiple times, and no one could give me some solid answers as to why my account was disconnected, or help me find a solution. Could someone please help?
