Account Changes I was told wouldn’t happen.
I used to have the triple play for YEARS and I finally got my plan downgraded to a more manageable amount since I hardly ever used the voice portion. So, I went from Preferred to Limited Basic, and was told at the time of the change that I was eligible for a promotion where my cost was 123.00 a month (plus charges) . I was also told that my channel lineup *would not* change, well it did.
I lost multiple channnels.
All I would like is the package I was told would not change. Can this be fixed? If not, do I qualify for another promotion?
