Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello user_capk4a, thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I can certainly help you with that! I understand you're moving and want to transfer your plan to your housemates, and you've heard about needing an Account Change Request form. You're exactly right – we can get that form to you. I'd be happy to assist you with starting this process right away. To begin, could you please send a direct message with your full name and address associated with your current account? This will allow me to access your account details and get the necessary form sent to you.

To send a "Direct Message":

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Hi Christy, I am also having the same issue and would like to get an account change request form. I cannot find the "Direct Messaging" icon - what page is it at the top of?

Thank you for reaching out here @user_s8okcg. If the

https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging link does not work the direct message icon should be on the top right of the page to the left of the bell.
