Order Cancellation – Request for Immediate Confirmation and No Charges
If you cancel the order, please consider the matter closed. I am no longer interested in your services.
I was promised that I would receive the phones on Wednesday, but they were never sent. I was informed that you needed my ID and Eloy's ID, which I provided as requested. Despite providing all the required information, I have now received an email that makes it seem as though your company is no longer interested in doing business with us.
At this point, I am no longer interested in receiving the phones or moving forward with your company. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, the misleading advertising, and the promises that were not fulfilled.
I also want to make it absolutely clear that I do not authorize any charges to my account. Since you never delivered the phones or provided the services promised, I expect that no charges, fees, or penalties will be applied.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling uncomfortable and unable to trust your company. What initially sounded like a great offer turned into a very disappointing experience that did not meet my expectations.
Please cancel my order immediately and send me written confirmation that the order has been canceled and that I will not be charged anything.
