I canceled my account what is my balance and when is it due

Hello user_unmm22 ,  thanks for reaching out to us on Xfinity Forums. You can view the balance on the account after a disconnection online through our website Xfinity.com or on the Xfinity App. Typically your final statement will generate within 48 hours of disconnection. If you are unable to access the information online then we would be happy to check for you. For us to look we need you to send us a direct message with your full name and the address and we can take a look.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
