Account Address Still Showing Old Apartment After Move

Hello,

I lived at my previous apartment for one year under a lease, and before moving out for summer break I contacted Xfinity to submit a move service request to my new address. I officially moved into my new apartment on August 20 and installed my existing router to continue using the same plan.

However, when I log into the Xfinity app, my account information still shows my old apartment address. I am unable to make any changes or updates to fix this issue. My intention is to continue using the same internet plan I have been on for the past year, but the account information has not been updated.

Can someone from Xfinity please help me resolve this? I would like to speak directly with a representative about correcting my address and ensuring my service is properly set up at my current apartment.

I hope the move went smooth, and you're settled into your new spot 🙌 I'm glad to hear the services transferred for you successfully, but if you're still seeing the old address in the Xfinity app after transferring services, that would be normal. Your old address and account information would remain as long as you're using the same Xfinity ID and password for your new account so you can reference it in the future if needed 👍

If you're already logged in, try tapping the Account tab at the bottom, scroll down, and select Switch Accounts. Your new address should pop up for you to select from there, but please let me know if you don't see it after trying!

Thank you for the explanation. I tried looking for the “Switch Accounts” option under the Account tab, but I cannot find it. Could you please guide me more specifically on where to see it, or let me know if something may be wrong with my account? Can you help me with this situation?
