Accidentally hit forget device for WiFi home network
I accidentally hit forget device on the Xfinity site for phone on my home WiFi network. I didn’t recognize the device but later found out it was my phone just not the regular profile name assigned to it.
I’ve tried every link and app and even video relating to trying to add a device again. No luck. Various Comcast assurances and help but nothing yet. even a promise of a fix in an hour big that was several hours ago. Nada.
This had happened before in the past and I was able to fix it via the website yet can’t now. Any suggestions? It’s driving me crazy. Thanks.

Hello @JokerPenn711 I am sorry to hear you have been having issues getting this device readded back to your network I know if it was one of my primary devices it would definitely be frustrating to not be able to use my Wifi when at home.
