Accidentally enabled Bridge mode and can’t disable it
I accidentally enabled bridge mode and now my router won’t work. I tried to schedule a tech appointment, but get caught in a loop that says “Something went wrong.”

I’m sorry to hear that, @user_n0hiev . If Bridge Mode was enabled accidentally, a technician would not be able to disable it, as this is a gateway setting that can typically be changed remotely or through the gateway settings. When Bridge Mode is enabled, your gateway stops broadcasting WiFi and router functionality, which can make it appear that your router is no longer working. Please send us a DM with your full name and service address so we can take a closer look at your gateway settings and see what options are available to help restore your connection. We’ll be happy to assist further. ❤️
