One my children accidentally bought a movie while trying to replay it while it was actually free on tv.
Is there anyway we can get a refund for this purchase? I’ve been having trouble finding an answer.

Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address, so we may further assist you? Did you know you can turn on or off a Purchase PIN for your Xfinity Digital Cable or Steaming TV boxes which may help in the future?
