Accidental Movie Purchase

I accidentally bought a movie that I am looking to delete the purchase and order for and get a refund.

Hello user_lytkme thanks so much for reaching out her eon our Xfinity Forums with these billing credit questions!  You are able to request billing credit for rental purchases via the Xfinity App: 

 

To qualify for the digital Xfinity On Demand credit, you must:

 

- Have watched the purchased or rented content for less than 10 minutes of combined view time.
- Have rented or purchased the content within the last 120 days.
- Request a credit for only one rental or purchase, with a value of $60 or less.
If you used a coupon to rent or purchase content, the title is not eligible for an online credit.

 

Request a credit for your Xfinity On Demand purchase or rental

 

- Go to xfinity.com
- Sign in to your account using your Xfinity ID and password.
- Click Billing & Pay from the top menu, then choose View Bill & Transaction History.
Click Request a credit in the BILLING SUPPORT section. This option only shows if you meet the eligibility rules.

 

You must be signed in with a Primary or Account Manager level Xfinity ID.  Not all Pay-Per-View purchases are eligble for a refund.
