Accessing Comcast Email via MSFT Outlook or Apple Email host on Verizon WiFi or Wired Network

Having persistent problems being able to SEND emails from my Comcast email address from MSFT Outlook or Apple Email Apps when riding a Verizon / Fios WiFi or wired network (works fine for RECEIVING comcast emails OR SENDING / RECEIVING if on a Verizon CELLUALR only network). Comcast emails in both Send / Receive are fine with all other networks)   Outlook and Apple email apps work fine when riding a Comcast WiFi or wired network.   Any thoughts on how to address Outlook or Fios / Verizon network settings to make interoperable with Comcast emails -- this is getting to be a real issue.

Good afternoon user_014edc thanks so much for taking the time out of your day to reach out here on our Xfinity Forums! Connection issues when on a separate network can have a number of sources, so this is an intriguing issue to investigate. Are you seeing specific send/receive error messages, and if so what do those look like?

This is quite a detailed analysis, and we certainly appreciate all the work you've put in already looking into this. One thing we will suggest is to double-check all email settings for the third party servers. We don't have specific settings going out to each ISP other than the handshake between networks as the data is moving along.

We'd also love to collect that testing data, so we can pass this along to our network teams. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, and then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your name and address, and we can get started anytime.
