Accessibility

We have been trying for over a month to get comcast at our home. Our neighbor, less than 200 ft away from us has it, however we still do not show in their system as a serviceable address. The customer service rep I spoke with today said the construction and engineering department has to release the address before we can get set up. Xfinity came out about a year ago and ran lines and put green boxes outside each home. The HIS says that the exclusive period ended over a year ago. Not sure what the system keeps saying we are not serviceable but this is getting to be ridiculous. I have never experienced such incompetence. My wife and I both work from home so this has been a massive inconvenience to day the least. Any help is appreciated.

Good morning, and thank you for your interest in our services @user_1lpy7. We can get a serviceability ticket submitted.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
