Access to fenced property
I just moved and Xfinity needs to access a locked fence on the lot next door to install internet cable lines so I can have internet. No one answers the number on fence sign to grant access. Xfinity is the only company that I can use. I’m at a loss on what to do. Xfinity says it’s my problem. Any suggestions please?!?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

"Please send us a direct messsage" means, from any forums.xfinity.com page:
• Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
above or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• On the DM page click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person" but don't do that. It won't work.
Instead, type Xfinity Support there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
• Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter or tap the > icon to send it
