I don't know who to contact for help. I've been having issues with my cable equipment for over 2 weeks. Each time they send out a technician, it never fixes the problem.
Now I have 2 boxes that are unresponsive, instead on one that I had before the technicians came out. Customer service keeps giving me the run-around.
I don't know what to do or who to call anymore. Is there a manager for customer service? I just want my cable to be in working order.
