Access Peacock Premium As a Diamond Xfinity member, system fails or loops back

I received an email notifying me that I have an unclaimed free benefit that provides access to Peacock Premium As a Diamond Xfinity member. Attempts in the system fail and the system then loops back to the "redeem" page! End the frustration and provide instructions, please.
