Access old statements

@michi_12 Thanks for adding a post to the community. Agents have the ability to view up to 12 months of statements. Customers can view more on their account online. I'll post the steps below so you can review all the ones that are presently available for your account:

1. To view your statement history, go to customer.xfinity.com/billing/services/statement/history.
   • You may need to log in to your account.
2. Click on any statement to trigger a PDF download.
3. To view statements from more than two years ago, click the Load More drop-down.
