Access old email account
I am a current xfinity customer. Apparently my wife's comcast.net email account is associated with an old comcast account we had prior to moving. She can't reset her password because it requires that she be on the "home" network and that old account isn't associated with our current home comcast network. I am looking for a way to link her old comcast.net email account to our current xfinity account so we don't have this issue again. I have tried to reset the password by accessing the old account but I can't get into it any longer (and have not tried in forever before now). It says the account is locked and then I have the same reset password issues.
