Access not authorized

It says I have logged in successfully but I'm told access not authorized. I’m not able to do anything, I just made this account two days ago after purchasing internet. I have already verified my email.

Thanks for reaching out through our community forums, user_1guf3p! We appreciate you joining the Xfinity family, and I'm sorry that you're running into issues when signing in. Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies before logging in, or tried logging in through a different device? Also, are you running into that issue regardless of the network your connected to?

I’ve tried logging in on both phone and computer after clearing cache and cookies and on different WiFi’s. Still nothing unfortunately.

I appreciate that you gave that a shot, user_1guf3p! In that case, we'll want to take a closer look at the account to see if there's anything else that might be causing issues. Please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll dig in!

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send
