Access not authorized

I cannot access my account via online or the app due to getting an error message stating “access not authorized”. I haven’t been able to log in for quite some time. Very frustrating

Thanks for clarifying! To confirm, are you getting any kind of error message stating that the Xfinity ID or password are incorrect, or is there more to the error message you're receiving? Also, do you get this message when trying to access a specific part or feature on the apps or website, or does it occur regardless of what you're doing?
