access not authorized

I've been trying to access my account for awhile now and all im getting on the app is access not authorized, I try online and all i get is logging in then it just reverts back to log in. So just going in a loop without actually logging in.

Having the same issue and have done all the relevant troubleshooting and it's still not working. Really need an answer as I'm supposed to have a new service installed next Wednesday.

@kkunda97 Thank you for your reply. Have you already tried clearing cookies and cache when using the site? If you have and are still not able to log on, we would ask that you send us a Direct Message with your full name and address so that we can investigate this further. Here are instructions on how to send us a DM in case you need them:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
