Access hallmark+ on xfi

We purchased an annual subscription to Hallmark+ on the computer. We are now trying to access it on our new samsung TV but our only choice is subscribe. I am nervous that we have already subscribed again on the tv just trying to find a spot to sign in to the account we created. We don't want to subscribe We want to sign in. How do we do that exactly?

To sign into Hallmark+ on your Samsung TV, launch the Hallmark+ app, select "Sign In," and then follow the on-screen instructions to either scan a QR code or visit hallmarkplus.com/tv to enter the code displayed on your TV, and finally, enter your Hallmark+ account email and password. If you are having trouble signing in on your TV, I would suggest scanning the QR code from a device that you have already logged into Halmark +.

There is no option to sign in. It is subscribe option only. We have already subscribed.

user_f91j6j I am showing a note that if a Samsung TV is older that 2020 it would not be compatible with the Halmark + app, do you know when your TV was made?

I love watching Hallmark, we'll get you taken care of so you can start enjoying Hallmark as well. If you purchased a Hallmark+ annual subscription on a computer and are now trying to access it on your Samsung TV, but only see a "subscribe" option, you will need to install the Hallmark+ app on your Samsung TV and then log in with the same account. Please follow the following steps to get Hallmark+ downloaded on your TV.-Richard

 

  1. Click here to sign up for Hallmark+.
  2. Once you’ve signed up, go to the Home Screen on your Samsung Smart TV.
  3. Launch the app store and search for “Hallmark+” on your Samsung Smart TV.
  4. Select “Add to Home” to install the app.
  5. Once installed, log in using your Hallmark+ credentials.
  6. You can now stream Hallmark+ on Samsung Smart TV.
