Access Denied

Since two days, I get the Access Denied Reference #18.a7d02e17.1770745420.12d4edd7 error whenever I visit tesla.com from any device connected to my Xfinity home.

I can successfully access these sites when I am outside of home.

Please help.

Hello user_ok0dt4 this appears to be a browser specific error for Microsoft Edge. What does the weblink below this message tell you when navigating to that site?

@XfinityAlfonso

I get this error on any browser (Chrome, Safari and Comet) including while using the private/incognito browser mode.

When I go to the https://errors.edgesuite.net/18.c4d9c217.1770747336.530c74 website from the error message, this is what I see:

  4. Fill out the required fields.
  •  Enter the full URL for the blocked site.
  •  Enter your email address to receive a confirmation email.

Xfinity customer in Houston getting same issue accessing Tesla.  Can access app and web from phone or from my work VPN, but otherwise if I'm coming from Xfinity Home Network I get Access Denied

Reference #18 with . and a string that changes each time.  Seems like a bunch of Xfinity IPs might be on a list with Tesla botnet detection.  Xfinity needs to clear this up, I think.
