Access 2 emails with one password
I used to be able to access 2 email accounts with one log-in. I cannot do that now. I changed both passwords because of an email from Comcast that mentioned a hack. I don't know if it stopped working after I changed the passwords or sometime later. It's been so long; I can't remember when/how I set it up that way. I am using a desktop PC using a web interface.
I can access each email ID separately with the PC or iPhone.
I spoke with Comcast this morning for 45 minutes and didn't get an answer. They opened a ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"] for a call back in 24-48 hours. I would like to get this resolved sooner.

Hello user_p2pe3v If you submitted a ticket, I would wait for that resolution, since we would go the same route on our end for this particular issue.
