Abysmal is being nice about it

I have been without internet and cable for almost a week. Customer service has been abysmal at best!! I have spent hours on the phone and on chat to only be told that someone would be out the next day. Here we are a week later and still no resolution. I’m and just getting the same roundabout answers and pushed to the side. Xfinity will lose business for this, the actual internet and cable are great but the customer service is the absolute worst that I have ever dealt with. Be warned before you sign up. They don’t care about the customer as long as the money keeps coming in.
