Absolutely the worst customer support

I have been requesting a refund or credit to the overcharges on my mobile bill for 2 months. 

This has cost me countless hours on phone because there is never an easy way to connect to an actual human. 

I have a case number from the representative I spoke with previously and still nothing.  I assume it was a ploy to get me off the phone. 

This company and it's representatives should be ashamed and embarrassed.
